Communication & Empathy Focused Experiences
Each exercise has the potential for unique discussions. Even with the same exercises on another day with the same group, new realizations will be produced in each experience. Participants have the opportunity to see their own communication styles through a focused empathetic lens that highlights how each person shows up individually then is utilized to improve group dynamics... all disguised through no-risk play!

Interactive Learning
Everyone has a different level of comfort when participating in group activities. Our training provides space for everyone to safely participate, both pushing comfort zones and providing support in positive risk taking at the same time. There are multiple entry points for every activity.

Program Options
We offer a series of 5 experiences that are most affective when done as a series over 4 to 6 months. The monthly, half day staff experiences can be combined with full consulting with all individual participants (optional). Please inquire if you have specific needs for your industry.
